The Expanded Energies Series sets awaken the Light Body by using light, color, smell and holographic matrix patterns to help heal, revitalize, expand and transform our energy system to hold and circulate expanded energy that is being introduced into our ever-expanding world. There are three basic stages for the seven (7) major energy centers: Healing, Growth and Expansion/Transformation. Each essence in each set contains a hologram that when consciously placed in the corresponding energy center acts as a catalyst of change for that center. Each oil in each set contains pure colored light energy that will help to connect, activate and energize the corresponding hologram as well as an essential oil that will help stimulate the brain during the attunement/meditation exercise through the sense of smell. The attunement/meditation exercise is simple yet effective. You will be shown how to connect to and place the hologram into each energy center and how to activate it. After the initial placement of the hologram, the attunement exercise becomes a meditation to continue to the process in the energy center until the hologram, which becomes a reflection of the state of the energy center and reflects your progress, no longer responds or changes when you perform the meditation exercise. The hologram has served its purpose and fulfilled its particular mission with your energy. At that point, you can continue to the next stage or energy center.

There will be three essence/oil sets for each of the seven (7) major energy centers with an activator/quickener set of White Diamond Light that is to be used on each energy center after the Expansion/Transformation stage has been completed. The White Diamond Light set is then used to activate expanded light energy in that center and then connect that energy through each energy center after until all of the energy centers have been cleared, activated and linked together with expanded light energy. Once this process has been completed on the seven (7) major centers, there will be activation sets for the energy centers in our system that are currently dormant.

The journey of awakening the Light Body starts at the heart center and then travels down through each center to the survival (root) center. After the survival center, the energy is then brought up from the heart center to the crown center. Once the seven (7) major energy centers are circulating with expanded light, energy centers that are currently dormant will then be awakened and introduced into the expanded light current that is circulating through a transformed energy network.

It is recommended for the heart center that all three sets are used. The heart center plays a key role in regulating energy between the lower and upper energy centers. It is the mediating and uniting force between "heaven and earth". It also creates divine alignment through the heart center to live in truth. It is wise to be aligned in divine truth before integrating the three lower energy centers into expanded energy and power. If you have done a good amount of clearing work on the other various energy centers and your guidance tells you that you are only in need of steps two and three or just three alone for the remaining energy centers, that is no problem. Please indulge me in a word of caution. Just as a 110 volt system of electrical current cannot handle 220 volt electrical current, an unbalanced energy center or centers may not react well to the expanded energies the White Diamond Light set activate. Just as one does not want their energy centers to become clogged or blocked, in turn they should not be overloaded.
